DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Filing a DMCA Complaint

Response Time
We aim to process all valid DMCA takedown requests within 24-48 hours of receipt. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include your signature, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to local federal court jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringers
TheScatTube.com will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
